Syndeo is hiring for a 1st shift Furnace Operator for a metal processing plant in Wichita, KS. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heat treat furnaces to ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with all safety standards.

Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Overtime as needed.

Pay: $16-$18/Hour based on skills, experience & work ethic

Responsibilities

• Operate heat treat furnaces and related equipment according to established procedures
• Monitor furnace temperatures, cycles, and process parameters to meet quality requirements
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Perform basic inspections and routine maintenance of furnace equipment
• Accurately document production, quality checks, and process results
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards at all times
• Work toward goals of Safety, Quality, and On-Time Delivery

Requirements

• Previous experience operating heat treat or furnace equipment preferred
• Understanding of safety practices in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read gauges, charts, and basic production documentation
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
