Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary: The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing all customer service and scheduling matters, demonstrating discretion and independent judgment. This role involves assigning tasks to technicians, ordering parts for service work as needed, and ensuring accurate preparation of work orders for invoicing. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Prepare new service contract proposals.  Manage customer service professionally, resolving issues promptly.
  • Production: Ensure on-time completion of daily, weekly, and monthly repair orders, parts orders, and service processes to meet customer requirements. 
  • Schedules and Workflow: Manage schedule effectively to ensure an even flow of service work, while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Communicate and assign repair orders to technicians. 
  • Invoicing: Ensure 100% accuracy in internal and customer invoicing processes.
  • Budget: Manage customer service expenses within budgetary guidelines recommending cost improvements where possible.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of industrial rotating equipment; formal technical training preferred
  •  3-5 years of related work experience
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Proficient in computers using Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Valid Driver’s License with a favorable driving record

Schedule:  7:30-430 Mon-Fri
