Quality Inspector

Syndeo Staffing has a temp-to-hire opening for a local metal processing company for a Quality Inspector.  The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards before they are shipped to customers.

 Perform quality inspections on products at various stages of the process; properly conduct all necessary activities to perform inspection.

• May be required to lift over 50 lbs. 
• Works around solvents and chemical tanks. 
• Shall be able to interpret and evaluate the process results concerning the Work Order/Floor Planner and applicable drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Document and report any issues or deviations found during inspections.
• Demonstrated capabilities in inspection planning, setting up inspection, and following the inspection parameters including preparation and set-up of related equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
• General knowledge of inspection processes
• Ability to read a blueprint preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Pay: $15-16 (based on experience)

Schedule:  1^st or 2^nd shift
