Syndeo has a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer for a family-owned fertilizer company located in El Dorado, KS.

The Graphic Designer with Web Development Skills is responsible for producing high-quality visual content and developing and maintaining web pages that enhance the company’s online presence. This role requires proficiency in both graphic design and front-end web development, ensuring that all visual elements are optimized for user experience, functionality, and consistency with brand standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Graphic Design

• Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print formats, including social media content, brochures, email campaigns, web graphics, and presentations.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all design elements, adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns and promotions, working closely with the marketing team to meet campaign goals and timelines.
• Revise and update existing materials based on feedback from stakeholders.

Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing web pages, ensuring seamless functionality across devices.
• Implement updates and revisions to web content as needed, focusing on both user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end design with technical functionality.
• Test and troubleshoot issues related to web performance, browser compatibility, and mobile optimization.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work in conjunction with the marketing, content, and development teams to conceptualize, design, and execute creative projects.
• Attend project meetings to gather feedback and provide design insights, ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
• Stay current with emerging design and development trends to continuously improve the quality of design work and the user experience on the web.

Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and web development.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
• Solid understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and website management. Understanding of SEO principles and web optimization. 
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
