Syndeo Staffing is seeking a member services representative for a leading third party administrator and health care management organization that specialize in ACA-compliant, value-added healthcare solutions for employers, professional employer groups (PEOs), associations, brokers and healthcare providers.

As a Member Services Representative of the Corporation, this position is responsible to the Corporation’s Executive Director, Member Services. As one that represents the company on a day to day basis, the candidate must be available to take telephone calls and must always comply with established telephone procedures. He or she will maintain excellent communication with members, employers and providers and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. Additionally, the member services representative will develop and maintain an excellent working knowledge of policies in order to determine eligible benefits and provide accurate benefit information accurately.

This position is a key to the general overall operation of a fast growing company that is committed to a vision and principles focused on customer service and positive work environment. The candidate shall have the ability should be a person with a solid understanding of basic office management and the use of key tools such as phones, calculators, computers and basic software packages including Word, Excel or equivalent thereof, email use, etc. Additionally, he or she should have the ability to positively interface with clients and with various individuals within the Corporation representing all departments and levels. The Company desires a self-starter, detailed oriented person and willing to work in a fast paced environment.

The Company desires an individual with a high school diploma with advanced courses related to office management, bookkeeping, computers, customer service, accounting, etc. Experience in public or private sector with background in secretarial, office administration, and project management is preferred. The representative must demonstrate qualities of administrative ability and customer responsiveness. Finally, he or she shall have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
